Steve Whelan & Associates Pty. Ltd. was established in February 1980 by Steve Whelan as Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers. Since that time the company has maintained an office in the Sutherland Shire and has accumulated more than four decades of experience in structural design, detailing and documentation for residential, commercial & industrial projects.
